Story

Martin Day is a life-long Daggers fan and a season ticket holder in the Carling Stand. His first Daggers memories go back to the Wembley FA Trophy visits in the mid to late 70s as an amateur club. Martin was born in Dagenham and has been coming to matches at the Victoria Road ground for nearly 40 years. He is now 50 years old, married with a son, who is also keen on the Daggers (though his other team is Chelsea!).

Martin is a keen cyclist and is looking forward to getting into shape for the 200km challenge in June. He is very proud to be representing the Daggers for such a worthwhile cause as Prostate Cancer UK and is looking forward tojoining the other football league club fans representing their teams setting off from Brisbane Road en route to the Ajax Stadium in Amsterdam on Friday 6 June.
