My pal angry Bob wanted to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research in memory of his friend Shaun Melody who was sadly taken by cancer. We figured cycling from Workington to Scarborough was enough of a challenge (180 miles and 9200 feet) for people to support us and help research into beating this dreadful disease. Like many others, I too have been affected by cancer, indirectly, but I still carry the burden of loss. Please give me reason not to get off and push by sponsoring me. Please be assured, all expenses will be met by us so every penny you donate will go to Yorkshire Cancer Research.
