At The Royal Marsden, we see over 50,000 cancer patients a year. If these people are diagnosed early, we have a much better chance of treating their cancer successfully.

Story

I am climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) overnight on the 24/25 June as one of a group organised by the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

Jenny was in the care of the Royal Marsden for over 30 years from the time she first developed breast cancer. I believe that she survived so well and for so long not just because of the faultless care she received at the hospital, but also because of the research and diagnostic services funded by charitable donations. I’d like this work to continue, with your help, for others suffering from cancer.

THE ROYAL MARSDEN SAYS:

‘The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. We ensure our nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.’

Heartfelt thanks to you all

Martin
