Story

In 2008 i went through 8 chemotherapy sessions for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. For MARTI-THON 2010, I will be completing 8 life affirming challenges supporting the Lymphoma Association to support others with the same disease.

November 7th '09 - Hair Raising Challenge

February 21st  '10 - Bungy Jump, Middlesborough

March 27th '10  - Coastal Series Half Marathon, Pembrokeshire

May 9th '10 - Sprint Triathlon, Harlech

June '10 - Lymphoma Association Annual Bike Ride

July 10/11  '10 - 15 Peaks, Snowdonia

September 12th '10 - Standard Distance Triathlon, Bala

October 2010 - Tandem Skydive, Nottingham

If you would like to keep up to date with how Marti-thon 2010 is going or to read more you can view the Marti-thon 2010 blog which will track my training progress and report on each of the challenges.  You can also keep track using Twitter or Facebook if that's your bag.

I am looking forward to another challenging year but one in which i have some control of what's happening to my body! I hope you will help me to raise £5000 and give generously in aid of this fantastic charity. You can donate in one go or a bit for each challenge, it's up to you!! Donating through JustGIving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate they'll send your money directly to the Lymphoma Association and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Thankyou

Martin x
