Story
When someone dies by suicide it means a life has been lost. It means devastation for friends, families, communities. It means one of the worst possible things that can happen, has happened. And yet today, 400 people in the UK will attempt suicide - one every four minutes. Of those, 14 will die. The good news is there's hope. Together, we can prevent suicide - anyone can be a lifesaver. Grassroots Suicide Prevention give people the skills and confidence they need to spot and support those in crisis. They do this through training, anti-stigma campaigns, and developing new, innovative ways of preventing suicide. This saves lives. So I need your help. Support me and the Grassroots Runners. My miles mean lives saved.
