Each year, hundreds of young people make the decision to commit to a year or two of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Send Me to Serve (SMTS) provides the opportunity for Jesuit Volunteers (JVs) to share their decision with friends and family!

Story

This fall I am going to be a Jesuit Volunteer (JV) at KC Cares Health Center. I am so excited to help provide medical assistance and dietary support to those who are uninsured or underinsured in Kansas City and to spend time learning more about the community. Thank you so much for taking some time to learn more about JVC, I cannot wait for my journey to begin!
