Story
Mark Woods, CEO of CMAT has been growing his own feral Lockdown beard since the 20th March 2020. No shaving, no trimming, no fancy manscaping- just the real deal as it comes. Initially, Mark swore he would not touch his beard until all students were back in school full time. However, seeing what a natural beauty the said beard has blossomed into, he thought he would give you the choice as to what he does next:
Unfortunately, his family will not be easily persuaded- his wife and mother are particularly disapproving. Despite their constant pleading, we have set up two campaigns- one will end in Mark shaving his beard clean off (to the relief of his family!) The other campaign will turn him into CMAT's very own Santa Claus: no shaving until school breaks up for Christmas, and a full white dye-job.
Your job? Donate to whichever campaign you support! All your generous donations will go straight to Sue Ryder, who are a charity supporting people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can. Whichever campaign has the most donations by the cut-off date, Midnight on the 30th September 2020, wins!
Eva, Mark's daughter, says she is rooting for her dad to keep the beard! She has been trying to persuade him to grow a beard for as long as she can remember, and does not understand how it has taken a global pandemic to get him to try it!
His wife sees it differently. She says she is beginning to consider walking on the other side of the street to him, and that she dreads to think how much food must be caught in it...
So, who do you stand with? Mark's ailing family, or the thousands of CMAT students baying for their very own Father Christmas?
We'll leave that up to you :)
