Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Somehow I agreed that trekking 32 miles, up and down 24 Lake District peaks (around 13,000ft), in two days was a good idea!! Well, I can’t get out of it now so your support would be very welcome.
Training is well underway and I have already bagged most of the highest peaks in Cambridgeshire – phase 2 will see me take on the more challenging terrain of Norfolk and Suffolk!! Will try to keep this page updated with my progress whenever possible – the more money gets pledged the more photos of me plodding my way round the countryside I promise to post …
Romsey Mill is a Cambridge-based charity, started in 1980, that works with children, young people and families, many of whom are facing significant challenges in their lives. As a charity, they are committed to overcoming disadvantage, challenging injustice and promoting social inclusion. They work with around 2100 people each year, including young parents; young people on the margins of society who may be involved in offending; young people struggling to engage fully with education; families with pre-school children; and young people with an autistic spectrum condition who have few social opportunities.
