On August 9^th I shall be competing in the London Triathlon. After successfully completing the shorter “Sprint” version last year this year I will be competing in the “Olympic” event. 1500m Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run.  I am doing this all in the aid of MaAfrika Tikkun.

MaAfrika Tikkun works with communitiesaffected for decades by extreme poverty and subsequently the impact of AIDS. Their aim is to improve health through empowerment and education through Home Based Care and Community Centres, where local volunteers provide basic health and educational services at grassroots level
