We have somehow signed ourselves up to complete (well hopefully anyway) the London to Paris bike ride in August, a whole 200 miles for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The training is going well - sort of!  Steph has managed to fall off once, and Mark has been knocked off twice...but we live to fight (cycle) another day!

We have signed up, not only to raise the money for a charity which we care about (several people close to us have been affected in some way or another) but to set ourselves a decent challenge in the process, something to work towards.
