Me and R Kid are taking part in the Great North Run 2023 in aid of Mind, in memory of our mother Jane Hardy, who passed away in February 2020 of a stroke, the day before her 55th birthday. We’ve also had people close to us suffer from mental ill health and want to do something to try and support.

Any donations that you can put forward will be very gratefully received and might encourage me to do some training this time 😃 (no promises on doing training but I do promise to finish the race no matter what 😎)
