I'm going to be running the London Marathon again this year (knees permitting!).

I've chosen to run for Sightsavers, a charity working to combat blindness in developing countries, restoring sight through specialist treatment and eye care.

Why Sightsavers? This was a cause close to the heart of my friend Gary Martin, who was killed in 2008. All the money raised will go into a tribute fund set up in Gary's name.
