I was delighted to take part in the Arkriders' Twin Towns Tour back in 2019, which raised more than £55,000 for Ark Cancer Centre Charity - a cause that I am passionate about.

Fast forward to 2022 and I'm applying the Sudocrem, pulling on the lycra, and saddling up again to support Ark and The Camrose Centre, Basingstoke - another great local cause.

The training has been hard going but it'll all be worth it if I can raise some funds for these two good causes. Thanks to everyone who donates and supports myself or any of the Arkriders Class of 2022.
