Story

We are taking part in the Donohoe + O'Flynn "70km Your Way in May" challenge to help the life-saving working of the Heart Centre in CHI at Crumlin, which is supported by Children's Health Foundation.

I have set a target of walking, running and biking a total of 500km during the month of May.

This fundraiser has a particularly close connection to my wider family, as my godson Patrick spent some time there in May 2021 when he underwent open heart surgery at just 4 months of age. The care Patrick received and the support his parents, Brian and Michelle, received from everyone in Crumlin Hospital was outstanding through every step of their journey.

This is my chance to raise funds to support Crumlin Hospital and help other children like Patrick in the future.
