Why does Mencap need its very own Santa?
It's important that Mencap has it's own santa so he/she can try and spread the cheer and happiness that the real santa does.

What special qualities do you have that would make you the perfect Santa for 2007?
I have the Xmas Factor because although I'm not portly or beardy or bedecked in a red fur suit, I do possess considerable good cheer, a happy disposition and I like to think I can spread joy to my fellow man whatever the time of year.

Santa is responsible for upholding the magic and spirit of Christmas. If you could grant the Mencap community one wish, what would it be?
The wish I would grant would be that Mencap will be a massive step closer to achieving Our vision of a world where people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included. We want everyone to have the opportunity to achieve the things they want out of life. The wish would cover all aspects, ranging from television coverage to sorting out the government!
