Event: Kelly's Heroes - The Loneliest Road Europe, from 10 September 2022 to 19 September 2022
Cycling across Europe and the US to raise funds to support people who are struggling, but ultimately raise awareness of Mental Health.

Story

We are taking on 2 extremely difficult challenges in Europe and the US.Starting on 10th September (World Suicide Prevention Day) in Northern Spain and cycling through France and Germany for 10 days, we then move on to Newark in the US starting on 24th September and finishing on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco on 10th October (World Mental Health Day).

We are riding in support of Kelly Matters / Kellys Hero's - a charity local to the area and close to our familys hearts, which focuses on suicide prevention and awareness as well as providing other resources and avenues of aid for those struggling with their of a friend / relatives mental health.

Despite amazing and progressive efforts on a variety of fronts, many are still left vunerable or alone when it comes to the daily and complex struggle that is our mental health.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, so that we can continue to advance efforts to promote safe places, adequate levels of advice / aid and make sure no one is left feeling unwanted, unappreciated or isolated from a friendly face / voice.

A big thanky you for your support

Unless you are affected or know someone struggling with Mental Health it’s difficult to understand. There is often still a stigma associated with it, leaving many to suffer in silence, our aim is to raise awareness and help to prevent suicide.
