Thank you for taking the time to visit and donating to my JustGiving page and helping to raise money for an excllent charity. The London Air Ambulance

In early November of 2021, I was the beneficiary of the quite excellent and speedy response of the London Air Ambulance. I had had a fall at Bank Tube Station, banging my head. The London Air Ambulance team responded to an emergency call and they got me to the Royal London Hospital, swiftly, where I was looked after for 3 weeks. I have spent the last 12 months recuperating, with the Love, Help and Support of my girlfriend Becky, my family , my friends and Livability Icanho ( https://icanho.org.uk/) in getting fit and well again.
I did with my friend Dr Tim, from Adelaide, take on the Antarctica Marathon in March of this year. It will be my 7th Continent!...all being well...but I ran out of steam and managed the half marathon. Dr Tim got round, which means we are now 6 Continents each!

All your contributions will be greatly appreciated by me and will continue to provide the necessary funds for the London Air Ambulance to continue doing their outstanding work in saving lives.
