Story

On 3rd of May 2014 our close friends the Brooks family received the worst ever possible news, their beautiful 6 year old daughter Daisy was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor.

So on the 16th of August 2014, ageing school friends; Mark Yerby, Joe Clarke, Ed Whitehead, Jon Bowers, Alex & Jake Niarchos, Dave Fripp, Ben Toms and Pete Mason plan to walk / climb and scramble the 3 highest peaks in the British isles all within 24 hours. This challenge is the equivalent distance to a Marathon with an ascent of 10,000 ft. We aim to raise much needed funds for pioneering brain cancer research.

Daisy will be traveling to Bristol in July to be treated at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children where a team have been studying Daisy's condition for a decade. Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) is a rare devastating brain stem cancer that has a very low survival rate. Brain Cancer research only receives 1% of national research funding so it would be great to get more support.

Please dig deep to support our 'Three Peaks Challenge for Daisy' - All funds raised will go directly into the Brain Cancer Research fund in Bristol who are studying DIPG.This money will make a huge difference to the children and their families affected by this terrible condition.
