Last year I was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease -  a degenerative disease affecting my brain and my movement.

So while I am still able, I've decided to do the 3 Peaks Challenge with 3 of my mates, Wilksy, Broughy & Jase, in support of Parkinsons UK.
