Fundraising for NSPCC
Story
Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page.
On Sunday 12th May I’m taking part in Velo Birmingham and Midlands, a 100-mile road cycling event - www.velobirmingham.com. I’ve joined Team NSPCC to raise vital funds for the important work they do, keeping children safe from harm.
I did the first ever Velo Birmingham event two years ago and found it incredibly tough. Sadly, I didn't do the event for charity, which looking back was a wasted opportunity. So, although I vowed never to do it again, here I am. But this time, I'm hoping that with your help it's going to be worth all the effort.
The NSPCC cannot continue their work without the donations they receive, which account for 90% of their funding. They help children to rebuild their lives, protect children at risk, and find the best ways to prevent child abuse and neglect from happening in the first place. The NSPCC fight for every childhood.
