Story

My family have recently lost two much loved grandparents and now have a third grandparent diagnosed with this devastating disease.

So, as part of a team for IUAD, we wish to raise £25,000 towards Insurance United Against Dementia's goal of raising £10m to fund research and awareness. All of our team have personal stories and have seen the impact that this has on both the individual and their families.

We must continue to support this cause to fund the research to find a cure so that others don't have to go through this suffering.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
