Well it's that time of year again where a load of us take off from london on a 4day cycle to paris in aid of a great cause, before we start each daily route we pay our respects to all the soldiers who fought hard for our country by laying a reef of poppies at selected memorial sites, we finish on the final day with our body's aching for one final push along the Champs-Elysees and finishing off at the Arc de Triomphe, please donate anything you can thanks
