Everyone,

Firstly thanks for even clicking on the link I have just sent you all. Some of you may already know but together with a small group of friends, I am going to be doing a 5K run through Greenwhich Park on Sunday the 6th of December dressed as Santa himself. We all have our own targets and all our own Charity we are running for. 5K isn't the furthest run ever, but it being my first and with Santas belly I am sure it will be a good warm up for my London to Paris bike ride in May next year.

I'm sure you will all agree that Christmas is a special time of year for most of us, but not everyone else is so fortunate. I don't want to blackmail you with the usual X-Factor type stories but I am sure you will agree with only one week to raise as much as I can £250 is a relatively small target I would really like to achieve. Hopefully Allianz will be doubling that, meaning £500 towards the £5 million needed a year to run Make-A-Wish Foundation.
