Hello,

On May Bank Holiday I will be cycling the 150miles of the Coast-to-Coast route, along with five other friends, to raise money for the Cynthia Spencer Hospice Trust in Northampton. 

One of the guy’s Mum spent the last days of her life at the Hospice after being diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and received the most gentle and compassionate care that it is possible to imagine. Cynthia Spencer has helped make life a little easier for all those living with cancer in Northampton and serves a population in excess of 300,000 people. They admit approximately 400 in-patients each year and need to raise £704,000 of its annual budget via donations and fundraising.
