Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm here because my dad suffers from Alzheimers and has slowly been declining in health over the last 10 years.  As a man who never stopped even when sat drinking tea I always remember watching him thinking about the next project he was going to tackle.  Some successfully some not so well but lets just say we smile about them now. 

Iv'e never been around anyone who is ill and for that I am thankful because my family and friends are at this moment in time in good health. 

However, when you are faced with a disease which takes such a long time to surface, slowly taking away the simple memory recalls it is a strange and sad realisation. 

So without pressing on too much  I would like to get on my bike and  help the chairty research and hopefully find a cure.

It's going to be a huge challenge for me as I haven't ridden my bike for years and here I am in July blowing the dust off my two wheels.

If you think this is worthy of a dip in the pocket then please donate what ever you can.  if I can raise £300 by August I will be proud to wear the t-shirt which this will earn.
