Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Also, thanks for your kind donations last year..please see the photos!

Once again, I will be meeting my musical chums in St Bees for a Francis-Dunnery-charged weekend of FUN-raising for this fantastic fraternity.

The Charlie and Kathleen Dunnery Children’s Fund (CKDCF) was formed in 2002 by founding member Francis Dunnery.  The charity was created in honour of both his parents, Charlie and Kathleen Dunnery, with the sole aim of raising funds for children’s health, wellness and educational needs in and around his hometown of Egremont, Cumbria.

Since its inception in 2002, The Charlie and Kathleen Dunnery Children’s Fund has raised over £250,000.  Charity donations have been used to purchase hospital beds and entertainment units for children’s oncology wards; construct libraries; build gardens; purchase educational supplies for local schools in Cumbria… and much, much more.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
