So here's the deal.
If my story makes you laugh, cry or even wear a brief smile, you have to donate. Also part of the deal is that if your eyes have even read this far, you have to share it. If you don't it will be like one of them things from when we were 13 years old. If you don't share this, someone will hurt you at midnight.
Now that Easter is over, you've all been paid and with all the chocolate you've consumed, you look like a chubby version of your great uncle Albert, you owe me £5.
I'm running the Brighton Marathon in 12 days and since signing up a year ago at the price of £80, I've done absolutely zero preparation.
So in the coming days I'm forcing myself to at least get "some" miles on my feet ready for when I hail a taxi halfway round on race day.
I'm aiming for four hours, which is give or take absolutely fucking ridiculous. LOOOOOOL.
The reason I'm doing this, is that two years ago my old man lost his fight with cancer and I've only in the last six or so months been able to accept it and somewhat "move on".
As men, we all find it difficult to accept we're not "okay" or that we are able to deal with things on our own, so from my personal experience I struggled with the little things before I finally admitted I wasn't okay and that i perhaps needed guidance. Now here I am preparing to make myself feel extreme pain for a giggle.
Anyway, if I get back from this episode of The Walking Dead and this hasn't been shared or donated to I will feel all the upsets.
