On the 21st of August 2013 my Dad passed away after a very short battle with cancer, during his last week he was looked after so well by all the staff at the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher.  To try and give something back for this amazing charity, I am taking part in the Prudential 100 mile bike ride following the route made famous by Wiggins and co in the 2012 Olympics.

As you can see from my picture my dad taught me to ride a bike many years ago so now its time to put those lessons into practice and challenge myself.  Any donation small or large really does make a difference so please dig deep and wish me luck.
