As someone that has suffered with Mental Health issues the majority of his adult life, doing this just seemed like a good way to help others that are going through hard times.

My advice to anyone dealing with any mental health issues is just to remember, you are not alone, help is everywhere and you can get through it.  I mean that, in your darkest moments, just pick up a phone, get on social media and just reach out, you will get help.
