Pippa and I are raising money for Kidney Wales, a brilliant charity that supports kidney patients and their families across Wales.

We love the outdoors so what better way to raise money than to do something we love and hike up Pen Y Fan as the sun is setting?

As many of you know, I have Alport Syndrome, a rare genetic kidney disease which affects not only the kidneys but hearing and sight too. It's a life-long condition which always eventually requires a kidney transplant.

Why not join with us and help us raise some funds so that Kidney Wales can continue their research and support kidney patients?

We're aiming to raise £100 (each!), so don't be shy!
