Day 1 Cork to Waterford 90 miles

Day 2 Waterford to Wexford 60 miles

Day 3 Wexford to Carlow 75 miles

Day 4 Carlow to Dublin 50 miles

There will be beers and tears, heart ache and laughter, but I am sure that will be nothing compared to the treatment my sister and many more have daily and weekly, they are the real gutsy ones, if only it was as easy as cycling 275 miles...........please give generously as you feel able........
