Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My race will take me across the hills of Wales & far away. The aim is to run 14miles in under 1:45, I will then 'beat' the train home. My incentive to beat the train is heightened by people donating to the wonderful chairty that is Marie Curie.

£20  = 1 hour nursing in a patients home

£180 = A MC nurses overnight 9hr shift in a patients home.

I'm aiming for £200 - please help to help them.
