As most of you will know , this year I lost my wonderful mum to Alzheimer’s who was diagnosed with dementia in 2018 .

This debilitating illness affects thousands of people .  

I am currently in training to ride 6 peaks of the Himalayas in August this year, and would like to raise as a minimum £5000 towards a cure.

On the 21st August which would have been my Mums 81st Birthday I will light a candle in a monastery in the Himalayas in her memory
