Sue would have been sixty this May and I've decided to walk to all the away fixtures for Glossop Cricket Club's 1st XI this season before then scoring the match!

Cricket has been a massive part of our family life, and we've received huge suport from Glossop CC during the time Sue was poorly and since she passed away.

Both Hannah and I have been scoring for various sides at Glossop for a number of years and this year I decided to up the challenge, raise some more money for The Christie and remind everyone how much fun can be had watching cricket - seriously!!

I'll be walking to grounds as close as Flowery Field (about 2 hours) and as distant as Swinton and Ramsbottom (between 7 and 8 hours). You can follow my progress each week on the cricket club website and you could win a prize if you get closest to working out how far I walk and how many steps that might be!
