Story
Emmaus Cambridge is a very important place for many people. Some of those people have moved and others remain in the community. It was the first Emmaus in the UK and remains a vital service for many people and services.
Personally, Emmaus Cambridge helped me turn my life around for the better and I try to give back as much as I can. This includes working on the staff team. You can read more about my experience with Emmaus Cambridge here-

I, staff member, have decided to move into the community (with my dog, Ziggy) for 2 months and 6 days to help the companions and remaining staff.
It is so important that this community remains open and that we get through this difficult period.
Please donate as much or as little as you can.
Thank you!
Save the UK's Charities General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income. This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.
