Hello all. Thanks for clicking the link and getting here.
Many of you know that I do the Big Wheel for St Michael's Hospice. Indeed I've done most of them since it started. The first few ones were "BIG". I did the long rides. But I was a regular cyclist then.
When Josh started joining me for the rides we did the small ride and then the medium sized one and I've stuck at that for years.
Well this year is the 20th Big Wheel. I can't believe it has been going that long but I did the first one and I'm definitely doing the 20th.
All of which means that it is time to challenge myself again and not just do the medium sized ride.
But wait, there's more.
You may remember that I did the first 10K run for St Michael's a couple of years ago. Now that I've started running regularly I feel there is no way I can avoid doing the run too.
This year I am therefore running 10 K for St Michael's Hospice on the 16th of May and then cycling 51 miles on the 22nd of July.
It is probably madness but it is all for a good cause, and you all know I'm a big fan of St Michael's Hospice.
So this is wher eyou come in... by donating. If you can spare even a little bit I can tell you that St Michael's Hospice is a really worthwhile charity which does amazing things for our local community.
PLEASE donate if you are able.
