Story
On 24th July 2019 at 1.45am, our little boy, Bobby Jack Robinson, arrived into the world, weighing a solid 8lbs 1oz.
Unfortunately Bobby is currently a very poorly little man, but is receiving the best of care from all of the staff on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Arrowe Park hospital on the Wirral.
We are so very grateful for all that they are doing for our little boy, and would love to do something to repay the debt that we owe to the ward.
With that thought in mind, we noticed that they are currently fundraising to refurbish the ward to enable them to help even more babies and their families.
Many of our friends and family have been asking us if there is anything we need, or anything that they can do to support us during what is a very tough time for us right now. We would love nothing more than to help this wonderful ward get closer to their goal of being able to offer their amazing support to more special babies.
If you are able, please consider making a donation on behalf of our little Bobby - it really will make a world of difference to families going through such a difficult time.
Last year almost 400 babies were born needing extra help in the first few days and weeks of their lives from the Neonatal Unit at Wirral Women and Childrens Hospital, Arrowe Park. WUTH Charity needs to raise £1.5 million to extensively refurbish the Neonatal Unit and we want to help! The money we raise will help to fund the refurbishment to the Neonatal Unit including world class medical equipment and enhanced parent facilities. We want to help raise the funds needed to provide the best possible Neonatal Unit for the babies and their families.
