Recently, a friend received the devastating news that his little girl Evie had been diagnosed with Batten Disease - a neurodegenerative condition with no current treatment. Evie's family are now focused on making sure her remaining years are happy, comfortable, and want to provide her with rich experiences while she is able to enjoy them.

To raise money to help Evie's family create as many special memories as possible, I'll be starting a somewhat daft challenge at 5am on Tuesday the 28th of July. The challenge involves starting a new physical challenge, on the hour, every hour, for 24 hours. No sleep allowed but I'll definitely be aided by caffeine and potentially a couple of whisky's!
