Im going to be running in this years Baker Hughes 10K Run this will be my first 10K.

Im doing it for Alzheimers Society the reason behind this is i lost my Grandmother though it.Just seeing how the carers deal with this on a daily basis is amazing. Its not easy having to see the ones we love suffering from Memory Loss, Confusion, Problems with the Speech and Understanding.
