As part of the R3 team I am taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge for Dreams Come True! Dreams Come True is a national charity which has been delivering dreams to children and young people with serious and life limiting illnesses for over 30 years. The impact of COVID-19 has not only magnified the loneliness and despair of the families they support, but it has also severely impacted their ability to operate, meaning that in the last 12 months they have only been able to deliver 85 out of the 225 Dreams they had planned to fulfil. This loss means they currently have over 140 families waiting for their Dream to come true.
