Well, from running to cycling. I have always wanted to complete the London to Brighton and this year is my opportunity. Always worthwhile for charity too!

I want to thank everyone who has sponsored me previously for various running events and would ask that any effort that can be made to sponsor me again would be fantastic. However much you can spare I do not care, just anything you can.
