I’ve always wanted to push myself as far as possible and on the 16th April 2023, I am going to be attempting to run my first marathon.

I am doing this in support of Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice  and in memory of my Auntie Janet Hargreaves who passed away in 2016.

Sadly, many people from the Peterborough area will know from experiences of friends / family the work Sue Ryder do.

The care / support provided to Janet at Thorpe Hall hospice when needed will never be forgotten

I will also be running remembering those close to family / friends who have seen the important work carried out by Sue Ryder. Thinking of those people will (hopefully) help me get round the 26.2 miles.
