I will be cycling Leg 5 of the Journey.  Twickenham to Fishguard in Wales (428 km in total).  I am trying to refrain from all the bottom and vaseline jokes...but this is going to be a painful journey for my derriere!!!  But the thought of all concerned with the worthy charities of  Sport Relief,  Leukaemia Research, DebRA, Help for Heroes and the PRA Benevolent Fund will put the pain into perspective.

For those Welsh relatives who are worried about the entrance into Fishguard in an England Rugby Top..I am currently in discussion with the organisers to make this happen...BUT I am open to bribes (through messages and donations on this website to wear a WELSH or ENGLISH Rugby Top for the highest bidders...just put Eng or Wales on your note when you bid)...
