The work the Samaritans do is tragically needed and desperately important. Experiencing crisis sadly effects so many of us and suicide prevention is also personally important to me.  I’ll be running in memory of my Uncle Sile. 

I’ve just read that the Samaritans respond to a call for help every 10 seconds. Anyone in crisis should be able to reach someone who wants to listen and support them. The Samaritans are the ones taking those calls. Anything you can donate will go to an utterly brilliant cause. Thank you.
