Hello and thanks for taking an interest!!

First and foremost I am genuinely grateful for any donation you can make. I've never done anything like this before so am blissfully unaware of how difficult both challenges will be - running 13 miles in one piece and raising a meaningful amount for a very worthy cause.

Multiple Sclerosis is a devastating and incurable condition that doesn't seem to draw as much media attention as some other illnesses. Maybe this is because a lot of people just don't want to think about it, however there are those who don't have that option. My mother in law has MS and I have seen how it affects her and her family. The MS society does amazing work supporting those affected and working towards new medications to control symptoms - hopefully even a cure some day. I cannot think of a better cause.
