Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Having run a couple of 10k's I thought I should move on to the next level and run a half marathon, don't ask me why I thought this was a good idea as I ran the Baker Hughes 10k recently and it felt hard even though it is not half the distance! I am running for the British Heart Foundation so please remember to be generous in your donations as it is for a good cause.
Please also remember to provide any tips on training, preparation for the big day etc etc and not just jokes about my physical condition!!
Better get on with the training, looks like I might be tee total for a while.
