I have always wanted to do the London Marathon and as I am nearing 40 I thought that I had better start thinking about it before I got to old. So I put in for a Ballot place and was lucky enough to get one on my first try.

Then the decision of the Charity to which I was going to run for, but this was a easy choice to make when I went to pick my son up from his childminders and his friend Jack said that the 21st April was his birthday. Jacks Twin brother Taylor, and son to our good friends Ian and Michelle died in his sleep before his first brithday, so it seems poignant to pick this charity who work effortlessly into researching sudden infant death syndrome, as well as providing support to families who have gone through this ordeal.
