I will be 50 this year, so definitely time for an overdue middle-aged crisis. The first step has been to sign up to take part in the Mega Ridge Walk on behalf of SENSE the charity for the deafblind. The distance is rather appropriately 52 miles , 1 mile for every year I have lived, and one for each child I have begot ( no disclaimers!). In the previous 50 years I haven't done as much as I should have for other people and been blessed nevertheless, so I hope that in this second half (OK - that's slightly optimistic) I can do more.
