Mark is taking on the Long Course Weekend Triathlon in Tenby on 13th - 15th July for Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales supporting men with prostate issues such as benign prostate disease and prostate cancer.

The triathlon involves a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run.
