Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Last year's Great North Run proved to me that running longer distances is not my thing and I should instead get back on my bike. Children North East however, thanks to your support, were keen for me to have another go ....so here I am.
I knew I would still be carrying the old sports injuries (major hip and knee ops) but was hoping this year to be carrying less weight. Sadly I will find myself on the start line with the same gravitational forces to overcome as I had in 2018.
I do hope some of you can make a small contribution to help support this great charity (https://www.children-ne.org.uk) helping children in my native North East of England.
